Can anyone recommend a good tactical sling that I can attach to the little hole at the bottom of the pistol grip for my M870? Or where I can find a sling loop to fit in the pistol grip hole?
Would be much appreciated, – Thanks

wow, that Tanaka is burning hot, my guess is there is a missing piece that should go through that little hole.

M870 Tactical sling set-up
I don't think there is a missing piece. All the real-steel M870's that I have seen with the same factory Remington LE top folding stock do not have any loop or piece in the hole at the bottom of the pistol grip.
I did manage to find a single photo of an upgraded Tanaka M870 done by Redwolf Airsoft. Im not sure if they have the same real-steel top folder or a clone, but the bottom of the pistol grip seems to have some type of sling loop attached not in the hole, but at the very bottom of the pistol grip itself (pictured below). Does anyone know: A) Where I could find a sling loop to fit through the hole in the pistol grip B) Or if there is another way to attach a sling to my M870 set-up Thanks guys, I appreciate it

Putting the sling on the pistol grip doesn't seem like a good idea to me. Its there more for a retention lanyard in collaboration with a sheath that is either strapped to the leg or back. If you want a sling, I'd suggest a single point, using some paracord to secure it to the stock. Tie off a loop on the folding arm close to the folding pivot point using the paracord and let the single point snap hook to that. Just make sure you tie the paracord tight enough that it does not move up and down the stock.
