Spring pistol is useless. Go with the rifle and spend the $60 on BBs and a mask.

The Jing Gong M16 is getting great reviews over at Arnies. I was thinking of getting one myself.

i'd like the spring pistol as a back up that i know i can rely on, simple spring systems are pretty much garunteed to work right? plus its good for just messing around the house. i already have a paintball mask too and bb's are cheap, dont need to save up for those n e other opinions or advice.

Not guaranteed to work and will likely break. Plus, you won't need a backup, and if you do, get a gas pistol so that you can actually shoot it more than once.

this is not from personal experience but I believe it varies greatly between brand and even model.

I have experienced about two magazines on average... Sometimes more, sometimes less. It varies mostly by brand, model, temperature, and rate of fire.f

(this is propane in different KJ pistols)

The Tokyo Mauri SOCOM MK.23 can fire off about 6 mags on one filling. Of course, the gun will also cost you about $340. You get what you pay for. If you want something reliable that will work, shell out the extra doe.

yea...i think i'll stick to the spring pistol, dont really want to bother with the gas, plus cocking a pistol isnt too bad, can be done relatively fast.

Doesn't have blow back, which is most of the reason for that.

Each time you cock the gun, the guy with an AEG shoots 15 shots at you and you lose your target.

well i'll have the aeg mostly plus its not like a gbb pistol would fair any better against another aeg. if worse comes to worst i can throw the springer or try to scare the other guy :P
