Is that an upper receiver riser mount or is it integraded with the foregrip rails to keep the barrel and receiver aligned?

It is the madbull riser mount. To keep the front end aligned with the body. I initially only wanted to use one, but 2 made it look more complete.

The DTP body has many little problems to it... this is why the riser was needed.

That is one nice looking piece of kit, how long did it take you to put together?

And i love that trigger guard, sweet little feature.

It took about 1.5 - 2 months of initially getting the idea to building it, to waiting for the parts to arrive.

Jugglez sourced out the metal body first, and I started from there; knowing that there are limited supply of this type of body made by DTP.

King arms came out with different variation of the furniture that can be used on
m4a1 metal bodies. This was the sniper version.

The brass deflector makes the receiver look shitty!!! >_<;; It's hot stuff til ya look at it. I was actually going to buy that body before I got my Hurricane SR-16 body... It's nice, just strange in some areas.
