RRV came with some elastic bands?
I've been meaning to post this for a while. Back when I got my Pantac RRV I found a bunch of ~1.5" elastic bands in one of the built-in pockets. I'm assuming they're just for sliding onto the shoulder straps, but I just thought I'd ask in case I was missing some super-secret operator application for them

no that's pretty much it, they're to tie down the various loose strap ends (fold em up and slide them under the elastic).

They are also usefull to police those damned comm wires.
