Importing G36 scoped carry handle?

Hi guys,

Is it legal to order something like this from Hong Kong?

It's a G36 carry handle with the 3.5x scope.

Now I've read the FAQ thread "Importing Airsoft and You" and it pretty much says scopes CAN be imported. But it also says frames and receivers CANNOT be imported. My confusion is, does the carry handle count as a scope or part of a frame?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

its 100% legal don't worry about it

Are you sure you want it? The eye relief is horrible in the main scope, you're much better off going with a "C" style rail and doing your own optics.

It's legal to import though.

Yes I do want it, even if the eye relief is bad.
Actually, I've tried it before on another replica and the eye relief is acceptable.
