Hey guys,
I just got my WE 1911 "Tactical" and tried to fill the mag up using propane and my AI adapter. I press to fill and nothing happens. I have one of the original AI adapters (the bronze colored one) and was wondering if they've changed in size. Anyone know how I should fill the mag? Thanks |

Are you filling it upside down with a full propane tank?

A pic of my AI adaptor, which works perfectly in my WE 1911 tactical.
Hope this helps. -Brett

When did you buy the propane tank?
And what kind of tank are you using to fill? |

My adaptor is an older version and works fine with WE 1911 mags. When I fill them its really quiet compared to other gbbs where gas hisses and sprays out a bit.

I found that on my TM 1911 mag useing some older AI adapters it would not work. It looks like the fill valve tit on my 1911 mag is little smaller then the older modile mags. So your not the only one to have this problem with older AI adapters.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I appreciate it. My propane tank is pretty old and definately not full. I'll go buy a new one and try it again. If it doesn't work then I'll probably just buy the new AI adapter.
We'll see what happens! |
