Need Confirmation on Something

I haven't been on AirsoftCanada in a while, so please don't be rude if I ask this. I just heard that a new law was passed in Canada stating that airsoft guns coming into Canada from now on must have clear receivers for them to be legal. My question is, would it still be possible for me to get regular (close to exact replica without clear receiver) airsoft guns delivered to me from another country? I do have my Non-Restricted Firearms Possession and Acquisition license after all. I'm assuming that law only complies with people who don't have a PAL license. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Damn, that really sucks. The only reason why I got my Non-Restricted Firearms Possession and Acquisition license was to be able to get good airsoft guns from Hong Kong where their much cheaper. So for sure, I can't get an exact or close to replica airsoft gun anymore?

Well, I know that airsoft guns are or were considered as replica firearms here in Canada, and the only way to import them is if you have a PAL License.

Replicas are prohibited items..

PAL/RPALs are not enough to import anything. Including REAL firearms.

To import airsoft, you need a BFL-business firearms license.

To import RS, you need to have alot of money, and someone who's FFL ready.

Nope. You're in the clear.

If you try to import anything on your own, you may be in for some crapping.... More than that, I don't think so.

But you may want to brush up on your definitions (not trying to be offensive), and what qualifies as a "firearm", and so on.
