Good NiMH Charger?
Hey everyone,
I recently bought a JG G36C through the classifieds and it's on the way. One slight problem, I don't have a charger for the battery as it wasn't part of the deal. The battery that the gun comes with is an 8.4v 1200Mah Mini NiMH. I have been reading around the forums and searching google for all information on airsoft batteries and I just have some questions. Are any of the chargers from A&A Surplus any good? I know the TLP 4000C is supposed to be pretty sweet, but I don't have that much cash. Even the Universal Smart Charger? I know, I know, if I want a good charger I have to spend, but what if I'm just going to be buying a few mini batteries. Will any of the chargers work decently? If not, could anyone recommend a good one for the battery mentioned above? I searched the forums and the TLP has been recommended but.... I'm broke. Thanks for the help guys.

Get the Tenergy Smart Charger. Charges my 8.4 3800Mah battery in just over an hour

The tenergy smart charger is probably the best for me as well. I use it to charge my 9.6V 1800 mah and 9.6V 1700 mah betteries and it charges them rather quickly.

if it is small, looks like a colored box, it is the same one.
It is a big step over just a wall block, but defenitely not the best around. You can get a decent charger for around 80$. I recommend the Dynamite Prophet Plus 2. Compact and efficient charger. You can hook it to a car battery too. |
