The mag I bought was used and doesn't seem to feed properly, though the previous owner said it worked fine for him. I'm not entirely sure as to why yet. There is a switch (microswitch, kinda) inside that governs when the mag feeds, at least the best I can figure. It seems to work, fine, but feeds intermitantly in both my G36's. I'm thinking it just may be they shoot too fast for the mag to keep up. If all else fails, I'll try that King Arms Tappet "key" to retime the feed in the gun.

Cool. Jixton, i have only one thing that come to my mind : your gun is uber pawnage(i played to much of WoW). I just sent some papers throug the mail to get my first credit card, now im only stressed cuz if its accepted i know whats gonna happen next lol. That is the kinda stock i wanted to get, or more exactly the MP5 one(the second pic). if theres a way to fit one of those im going to be crazy like a little child. just a little question about those adaptor, how do i look for those thing? Im (at the moment i finish to write this) going to look for "stock adaptor g36" and see what pops out.
Ok sorry i got it, Hybrid Stock Base. But i think the mp5 wont work. Darklen, do you upgraded the internals? Im not planning any internal upgrades as the gun(JG G36C) shoot already at +/- 350fps with (from what i read) a decent ROF.

Yea not an issue. I have 2 mini batteries and I have yet to deplete even one on a 5-6 hour game. I don't hose . I love the SL-9 stock and grip. Too bad the conversion kit is so bloody expensive.

I've upgraded the snot out of the internals of both G36's. I'd purchased one new and converted it to an MG36V but ended up destroying the internals with all the firing I did, which I expected. My G36KV was purchased used (used to be a rental) and the stock internals packed it in in pretty short order. They both started out as TM's but now sport full Systema internals.

I haven't seen a JG one yet, but I do have a JG AK Beta in my shop a client brought it for me to just poke around at. I've got 5 guns ahead of that one, but I'll post up some pics when I get it opened up.

No worries KG3, SRC is making a G36 KV which includes the flat top rail, stock, mag release, and handguard.

Kinda feel the same way. However (the great English eraser) I just worked on an SRC XM8 and was fairly impressed. Most parts appeared, at least , better that TM (gears & mechbox), others were pretty damn good in their own right (Tappet plate, cylinder hear, piston head, piston), some possibly equal or less (nozzle). Time will tell for the client I guess.

The G36KV and the G36V are varients made for Norway, which they didn't adopt IIRC. The major differences are a different top rail (pretty much flat), different mag release (can release on the side as well as the bottom flap, still a push down though) and the folding, extendable stock.

A Regular G36K

A G36KV

JG = Jing Gong. A low price AEG manufacturer/supplier.

JG makes good starting kits for noobs like me hehe with a pretty decent price, and from what i read all over the internet are almost as good as a TM g36.

I've seen them, compared them to my Classic Army G36. Externally, they're impressive as hell. Felt just as solid as my CA. Internally though I still think I'd trust the CA over the JG.
