my first 1911s

For the longest while now I've been shying away from the 1911s. There was just something about them that didn't quite feel right, or something in the design that didn't quite suit me.

Then I met a couple of beauties that have changed my mind completely. By sheer coincidence these also happen to be my first Western Arms pieces.
Please excuse the photo quality - I have very little experience photographing very shiny objects with flash in inadequately lit surroundings.
