I can't quite remember off hand. But if that's the case then what I did to the latch spring is worse than I thought:/

Okay I stuck a stronger spring in and played around with the ARL spring tension and I think I've solved the problem. It isn't double feeding and it's in a better FPS range for my liking. Thanks again for the help
