Get a guarder infinite torque motor
It can pull up to a m170 spring no problem I use one in my g&g m16 on 9.6 and it has a decent rate of fire aswell |

SHS or JG/E1/GE high torque if you're budget conscious.
Lonex A2 or Guarder Infinite if you want a bit more gucci.

The important word here is "Neodymium". They're a kind of magnets. You want them, trust us.
Spike gave good advice, but no matter the motor, get something with good magnets. |

+1 to that. And if you ever burn it out, you can swap the arm from the g&g stock motor into the neo can & make a frankentorque motor. The g&g ferrite motors have a pretty high wind count just looking at them visually.

I bought a Tienly GT45000, it gave me a boner and made all 4 of my Lonex A1s feel slow.

the pricing on the guarder ITU is not worth it unless you're ordering from asia. And at that point, I'd rather buy the tienly if you're looking at the high end. Lonex motors are my go to motor for any build.

JG Blue if you can find them are awesome. Otherwise you could grab a Lonex one from AirsoftStore if you want fast shipping.

My experience with the Guarder ITU is that it kinda sucks for the price, Lonex motors are cheaper and better.

well wgc has the itu for 39... the going rate for a lonex is closer to 50... I agree for the 10$ difference the lonex is the better choice. But some people care about not spending 10$ more.
Where it gets really bad is that some parts places in canada are selling the itu for in excess of 80$. I would definitely rather buy a tienly and ship it from asia for that price.
