Echo 1 Ohio Ordnance Works M1918 SLR Magazine Compatibility

Hello, I'm new to the Airsoft scene and I'm looking to get into WW2 Games, as well as regular. Seeing as I've decided to pick up the BAR next Friday, I'd like a little help on an issue.

The Magazine Capacity is fairly low considering it's a support gun, and I was wondering if there were any other magazines that were both larger and compatible with this gun.

i'm primarily looking for a drum, but getting an idea of what fits is good too. My friends say it looks close to an M4 Magazine with an outer box fitted around it.

180 per is lots for a WWII setup. Don't scab a box mag on there.

As said above, 180 is fine. We usually do 1,000 ammo limit for MG's, 200-300 otherwise.

Just pick your shots carefully

The main idea for the increased magazine is for outside of WW2 games. My friends might require me to hose an area down or something. I'd just like to get an idea of any customization I can do for it. Eventually I'll be trying to find a way to mount a scope to it as well.

Thanks for the reassurance on the WW2 side of things.

Please don't ever do that. Ever.
