Soldering two wires together isn't rewiring. It's not even CLOSE to rewiring. Rewiring a gun means stripping out all the wiring, and then installing new wires, connectors, etc. Saying you can rewire a gun because you soldered two wires together is like saying you are a good computer technician just because you were able to plug all the wires into the right places.

Good chance you didn't even do a very good job soldering either.

Re-wireing is opening the mechbox
De-solder all the wires from the contacts
Take some high quality wires,and cut them to the right lenghts
Re-solder the right wires to the right place
AND most importantly
Route the wires so that they are not in the way of anything, and don't get cut again

I know, I just did an ICS mechbox.

were talking about a different thing here lol. In another thread I aasked if it was possible to rewire my gun so that the wires came out the back and then use a different stock to hold the battery in. Gosh keep up lols
