It's still generally not allowed...if the auction were to be labeled as any ebay.com Airsoft auction is, it would be pulled.
First time is a warning is a (1) day account suspension. Second time...30 day account suspension?? Not sure after that

I think guns are allowed on ebay.com but not ebay.ca, however some people put them up and hope to get away with it, which they seem to do most of the time. I shut down one auctin after the guy scammed me then tried to do it again to someone else with the same gun, assuming the gun ever existed.

Goddammit. That weird looking M4 is a Double Eagle M4. I brought one in China when i was little for like 5 bucks Canadian.
I feel sorry for who ever is going to buy that gun. This shows he isn't even a honest person. Also, he forgot to include the fake LAM unit with it : D Its a very useless piece of shit.

I was talking about Ebay.ca
If someone wants to shut this guy down, all they have to do is report the auction to the ebay people. It would be a favour to the poor bastard thats buying that made in China crap. Although I have seen auctions for this Well lpeg stuff or whatever it is before on ebay.ca, so maybe he found a loop hole. |

It should and hopefully will get shut down because Canadians can't sell any airsoft weapons, trust me I know from personal experience..
They sent me an email and banned my eBay account saying it doesn't comply with law here lada lada lada just don't do it and/or buy those shit guns he's selling :smack:
