Pantac/Phantom CIRAS Maritime - where to buy?
Hey All,
I've been searching high and low to find a Pantac/Phantom CIRAS Maritime, alot of sites have ones quite similar and I even found 1 site selling Phantom gear and another site selling Pantac gear. Now my question and hope I can get some help is this. which one of these is "the real" Pantac/Phantom. From alot of the threads it's apparent that there are alot of knock offs and as seeing as this will be my first vest I'm not ready to go the genuine route from Eagle Industries however wanted to get a couple of seasons in with a good quality knock off which seems to be Pantac/Phantom. So here are the two sites please if anyone can shed some light on which one is the proper knock off and which is a knock off of a knock off. :banghead: WGC: Pantac http://www.wgcshop.com/ Combat Gears/Vests/Pantac Scope and Laser: Phantom http://www.scopeandlaser.com/index.p...&more=&lang=en

as far as i know...phantom and pantac are the same company. i think phantom had to change their name since eagle started cracking down on the CIRAS knock-offs. got mines from jackyiscxd...great guy! i got a land and maritime in multicam(o) and got it pretty quick even though i live in the US.

Phantom changed their name to Pantac because too many cheap knock-off companies were labelling their products as Phantom, thus damaging Phantom's quality knock-off image.
Pantac/Phantom has a Canadian distributor: http://www.1337tactical.com/ Drop him an email and see if he can't sort you out.

I thought they discontinued the CIRAS. Now you can only get it under the table due to left over stock or used.

I was under the impression that they discontinued the CIRAS Maritime, not the Land.

www.1337tactical.com is the place I shop with. They can be a little slow sometimes, but all in all a decent retailer.

All the Phantom/Pantac CIRAS vests have been re-branded as the Force Recon vest. Same vest as before, just a different name. It's available in both land and maritime versions.

Anyone know how big the large is? Like do you were larges if you want a tight fit T-shirt, the large size CIRAS is good for you? Because I have heard of people buying mediums when they wore larges for regular clothes and it fit fine.

Don't have anything to add about the CIRAS but wanted to mention that I've dealt with Scope and Laser in the past without any problems.
