Elcan Signature Reduction Device
On the elcan there is a "signature reduction device", it looks like a killflash *refer to picture below*
Does anyone know where to buy this piece seperate from the sight itself? Also, does anyone know if this will work on the Trigger Happy Elcan sight (or Huang's, which I THINK is a TH copy)? http://www.elcan.com/ELCAN_Business_...pecterM145.php

It's called a killflash, and a lot of people make their own using black paint and glued together cut-down straws.

Best bet me be to try contacting Elcan themselves for replacement parts. If not them, you can try their Canadian distributor (Armament Technologies http://armament.com/ ) They call it an Anti-Reflection Device.

not sure if you were only looking for the real one, but classic army makes a replica version of the killflash for its own elcan. no idea if it will fit other brands' elcan though.
