n00b gun recommendations
If you ever wanted to recommend a gun to a n00b who wants to buy an AEG for $75, or recommend a better gun for someone that has a clearsoft, here's your chance.

this "gun" is genius haha. how bad can it be for newbs?
1) its reliable 2) even if it breaks its easy to fix 3) you won't make a hole in your wallet. 4) it acutally works 5) you can bring it across borders and it won't get detected. 6) noob friendly fps of >100 fps 7) its realistic like real sidearms as the "magazine" holds 7 rounds. 8) your friends at elementary school or highschool will be in awe. 9) there are more reasons as why this is such a good "gun" but i can't of any more right now. |

I made mine with a glue gun instead of tape.
Anyway, it feeds, it fires, and it hasn't broke yet... BUT! Even after using some KY Jelly on the insides... err... I mean super lube on the rod, the... pencil, that makes contact with the balls doesn't propel them far enough for my pleasure. I should have used a mechanical 'pencil' for inside, but instead I used a shaved down an old pencil. I didn't exactly listen too much and was in a hurry, so I tried to get straight to business. Long story short, hour later after a long struggle, it shoots the little white balls about 5 feet with no accuracy... ...Darn, sounds dirty. I know. |

Lol, actualy i doscovered airsoft while trying to make something like that, only that instead of a rubberbad i was trying to use a teleguided helicopter motor(never got it to work but made my brother lauh at me for hours lol).
btw guys i noticed that old radio antena (those little pipes antenna) have a part of it that fit bb's quite fine(makes a perfect barrel). i think im gonna try to take some pic of what i was trying to build.
