Impressive.
Not realistic, but for special scenarios, it's awsome!

i dunno ...seems pretty cool in a badass sort of way....but at the same time kinda childish (no offence) even more so than the simple idea of us running around in gear and what are essentially toys guns
i like how it looks dark in a mean sense, but then i realize its an ironman mask... a superhero mask ....from a toy aisle. but thats just me

cool still

ok... i wanna see somebody gaming that optimus prime helmet .....or a batman mask

hahaha nice man.

You could also mount the goggle in by using some screws and screwing it onto the mask.

There is an inner eye liner between the mask and where the lenses would be, there won't be any trouble popping out.

Excellent actually, that was my main concern when purchasing it as a gameable mask.

Was really thinking about the optimus mask, but it has poor Field of view, and it's difficult to paint up to look descent. The batman mask, as cool as it seems doesn't protect the face below the nose, wich was my main reason for undergoing this project

Thanks to everyone for the Comments, from what I can see theres plenty of positives! Lets get other people making some masks! Somebody requested it being worn, heres pics. (still haven't installed the lenses)

+1

Also, Spider Man, Boba Fett, Vader, Nixon (C'mon, you know you'd play with a Nixon mask) ... I know I'm forgetting some epic masked people...

Guy Fawkes? The guy from V for Vendetta....

My friend uses his Vader mask, and my other buddy is using a Clone Trooper mask currently at Wal-Mart. Both of them have stock eyepeices that stop a .20g BB from 5 inches at 400FPS.

*EDIT*

On another note, I finished installing my ballistic lenses into the mask, I chose orange because we play in a shaded woodland area quite alot. It helps me see better

The lenses I got just clip right into the mask after removing them from the frames, worked out pretty well IMO.

Mask for mask, I prefer this design than the Ao2 masks.

As for realism, masks > clear guns :P

How's the cheek weld? The shape of the masks almost looks like you'd be able to aim properly. (pic from the other page where you're using the iron sights... Iron Sights for Iron Man. Fitting :P)

Not bad actually, you can use them but the mask touches. With the dovetail Acog it won't touch at all
