ics m4
Ok so I've been doing a bit of searching and havent found an answer to my question. Now I know that an ICS gearbox will not fit in any metal body except ICS branded bodies. I was wondering what is missing or in the way for the gearbox to fit in a "normal" metal body? Is it possible, with a bit of ingenuity ( i dont know if i spelled that correctly), to make it fit?
Thx. |

You should have searched a bit more.
The mechbox is made similar, but the body is completely different. ICS bodies are longer overall. And the upper is made completely different. |

Yeah what Kos-Mos says is right the length of the reciever is different, so even if you modded a lower reciever to fit the gearbox, you couldn't attach the ICS upper to a regular lower. And I don't think you can mod an upper to work with the ics upper gearbox.
