Does the G&G GR16 M4A1 carbine have a 14mm negitive thread? want to put a silencer on it

Yes.

Most guns are 14mm negative threading, and most silencers regardless come with a thread adapter as well just in case you have one of types that has a positive thread.

No, most silencers don't come with a thread adaptor. Many do (especially the more recent ones), but a lot still don't (especially if one picks up an older model). Always double check.
