I am sure you can, take the old AEG plate and make a stencil, cut it, and weld it on good. Sand it, and paint.

Shit, I can't edit, anyways, I meant stencil the inside of the plate where it slides onto the body tube where the buffer tube slides on too.

That would work if there were actual material to cut in to, but the AEG buffer tube mount is much smaller than real steel.

This isn't going to happen unless you can magically find a way to ADD material to the real steel dimensioned plate.

They should, all the M4 GBBs and PTW use the real steel config for that plate and their buffer tube.

That's what I thought, but this one was being marketed as being compatible for "WA M4" only... no mention of PTW, so I needed clarification. Good to know.

It's also good to see that the standard AEG version is already modified to allow Crane/VLTOR stock type wiring to pass through outside of the buffer tube mount. Very nice touch.
