The TM MP5 has a connector in the shell by the stock which goes into the stock battery compartment. You would connect that up to a wire that goes overtop the mechbox and to the handguard and slap a connector on there.
Better yet, replace all of them with Deans Ultras while you have the gun apart. Additional info about opening up an MP5 and it's gearbox if you're interested can be found at mechbox.com they have the best videos and instructions on airsoft. |

Open up the mechbox and reroute the wires to the front openings then. No other choice if you want a handguard battery, sorry.

I have an ICS with a handgaurd battery. Run the wires out the back of the mechbox, and then go overtop of the mechbox towards the handle. And your good to go. And ya deffinitly throw some deans ultra T connectors in their while your gun is apart
