Sniper Loadout

I'm looking to do a sniper load out. I already found a rifle, what other stuff should I get, and are there drop leg magazine pouches for sniper magazines?

I heard tell of a man who could make hard plasticy pockets in an oven.

They were called "hot pockets".

For the OP, good boots, approved eye wear for you field that you play on, a bushel of burlap and netting to make a ghille suit and some some sort of camouflage clothing to wear underneath.
