I've got a strange problem with a V3 I'm working on.
With the spring out, the gun can fully cycle by hand (I can turn the gears, and they completely cycle, catch the piston properly, bring it all the way back, and then "release it", ie, stop catching it).

However, when the spring is in and the mechbox closed, it only half cranks the piston back. Every time. With a fully charged (yes, confirmed, I used it on a SystemA M120 box) battery.

So it will only cycle half way, at which point it freezes up. If I release the spring, then I can by hand continue to crank the gears, while the box is closed, until it is all the way back. It is only when the spring is in that it won't crank all the way back. I am using a 10.8V battery (large), so the battery is not an issue.

Any thoughts on what could be causing this?
