The problem is that PTWs have the same threads as the real steel, so Imperial thread. Typically AEGs have metric thread. This tool will change your imperial threads to "both" types so you can fit on both, I wouldnt recomend doing this to a Real Steel AR, but a PTW you can.
Another method is using a file, and some elbow grease, since metric threads and imperial threads are very similar.

That's right, there's also the Madbull tool for modding the upper, however that wasn't an option, so I dremeled the threading of the barrel nut, I should have made that clear
