Go to Canadian Tire, they have a good selection of flat cammo paints and you should be able to do a ggod job with them. They dry in minutes and you can do a couple of coats quite fast. It's best to do a light coat when dealing with the plastic and then apply another while it is still a bit tacky to the touch. You can pant between coats but make sure the room is well ventiliated.
