The "timing" is primitive. Even if you screw it up, just one shot will correct it.
As for shimming... find any generic shimming guide to find out how to shim properly. If you bought an actual Systema FTK, it should come with a shimming diagram, but if you want to do it properly, learn how to shim.
Don't follow a picture, because not all gears/bushings/bearings/gearboxes do not have the same dimensions, especially since all of those products are die casted
