The self-adjusting Waist is indeed a feature that should be mandatory on all Pants. Best update ever to a clothing item, it's soo comfortable!
I don't even use mine for airsoft, I took the Pads out and wear them as everyday Cargoes.
Large Side Pockets with internal elastic dividers are also worth mentioning.
Definitely worth it!
