I'd say high flow valves actually INCREASE cooldown effect dramatically - to the point where the negative downsides we're used to seeing (reduced velocity, weak blowback, etc) are exaggerated so extreme that the mag just completely skips over those weak effects and completely empties in less shots than we're used to seeing
