A: Take off the silencer.

B: lock the slide back, then turn the lever down, make sure its pushed in, if its pushed out fro mthe other side, it wont turn down because this is the safety mech on 226's, airsoft versions anyways.

If it wont turn down uve jammed or bent something inside and are in big trouble, keep trying.

Edit: Ya I can see from your pic you have the lever pulled out from the shadow behind it, push it back in and pull it down normally..
