You can grab a quality full stock from a huge variety of retailers, and yes rear wiring an MP5 is a sinch.
The foregrip is designed to carry a mini battery pack. It will fit.
I got a JG MP5-J for a friend that was also a tight fit, I didn't force it in a way that anything could break, but it is designed to hold one.
Place the battery in the way I told you, slide the wider part up againist the cocking tube and upper receiver, then pivot from there pushing the front up.
Once the front of the fore grip is close to the pin hole, it does get tough, just be sure no wires are hindering its movement, and push until the holes line up, and jam the pin in there.
Done deal.
