Ok I'll answer the OP's question since everyone already went over everything else....
Yes that is a pretty good "sniper rifle" for it's price! I've owned two of the TSD/WELL VSR Clones and they have out shot TM's and JG's! It will need a good cleaning before you can trust it long term though.
