Thanks all!

The cylinder was not matched. I have not open the mechbox.
It was in an M4 setup that Stokes had, but he had it at 510mm
if I am not mistaking.

The barrel is new and had about 1000 BB's through it since install.

I put a light coat of oil on the bucking to assemble, I did not put too much
care in where the oil went however.

The silver thigny is a flashlight which will go under where the grip is
as the grip is already moved back. It will mount under the front of the hand guard.

The BB's I am using are not top notch, I have a bag
of KSC .30's and BBBastards .28's on the way.

What bucking to use with heavy BB's?

I have no idea what FPS but it was built arounf an M120...
