Hey man, in short, here you go:
1) yes they are legit. Many people buy from them and the store owner is a very nice guy.
2) Orders within Canada are not screened as to my knowledge because airsoft is legal to own, operate and play. Airsoft WOULD be screened if you order it from outside of Cananda
