Hey guys, Iv'e Received my parts for my Kraken, I thought I'd give you a quick show of the wood kit. I'm planning on updating the thread once the gun arrives and I'll do a simple walkthrough and how-to on upgrading the Kraken Body for anyone else planning this mod.
The wood kit I ordered was from E.B. Tactical, I was drawn to them because tey offer free shipping on all their items. The wood kit I decided on was the "AK Wood Grip Stock & Handguard Set(Grade A)" Located here:

The wood seems very light, Reminds me of balsa wood. This is not what I was expecting from a wood kit. Also, it seems like it would break if it was squeezed a bit while not on the gun. I don't have any doubts that the factory plastic furniture on the Kraken is far more durable. However, the workmanship and attention to detail is nice, the grain and finish are quite pleasing to the eye. Once on the gun, it should prove durable enough to play hard with, just don't drop the gun or you're sure to crack either the Stock or your pistol grip. They also incluse a little bag with screws for the hardware, and one for the pistol grip
