The best place to learn how the command structure works is at games, as for radio chatter there are a LOT of people who haven't the slightest idea how to use a radio for communication lol
You'll have better luck following organized teams and listening to their radio chatter. I can't speak for anyone else but my team (JSOC) tries to stay close to Canadian forces training for radio procedure.
In fact we got VHF radios so we wouldn't have to listen to everyone else wax rhetoric
