Silence is more than just a piston head.
Right now I'm making a tuner G36, which I'm tuning to be completely silent..
Go to an RC shop, get your motor balanced, It'll use less power and have less of a whining noise. Helical gears are a must... If you have the cash, an Angel Silent Piston Head is a bloody godsend.
If not, try the Air Break..
Airbreaks greatly degrade with rapid fire... But if you're using it in semi, you should be fine.
