YOU need to read, dude. For one, I said it's not a problem for items that aren't export restricted. The US state dept issues export licenses (or refuses to) for any guns or parts/components. Many parts are export restricted, and are usually indicated as such (not the case with the handguard OP posted AND the seller said he'd ship to Canada).

As for your flash hider, you'll notice the "NO EXPORT" on the second line
