From what I have read MN stands for "Modernized" weapon. I don't know if they mean that the 1991 ak74 real weapon was modernized and this is a Airsoft replica of that or just a Modernized replica of an ak74 using TM innovation. Pretty sure it is the latter.

It also boasts an Aluminum receiver, which is a nice addition; within the receiver you will find a Newly-designed Mechbox. To add to that, the Magazine are of a completely new design also, so the standard Marui AK Mags can not be used with this gun, you will need to get the appropriate Marui mags for this gun. The stock is a folding one and the length of the gun is 700mm with it folded and 943mm extended."
