In the US:
Wave a gun (real or fake) and you get shot.
Wave a gun with orange tip (real or fake) and you get shot.
Wave your cell/wallet and you get shot.
What is to be learned? Don't be a jackass, keep your hands in the air. Don't reach for anything, if you currently have something LISTEN TO THE COPS and don't wave/point it at someone!
