I think if MadMax is smart, and I believe he is, he shouldn't say a word on a public forum on an issue that could lead to lawsuits. This is why man made created the 'lawyer' species. Let them play with it on their level.
My personal opinion, collect some royalties from MadBull on every unit sold. everybody wins. It's not something MadBull is going to volunteer to do, but litigation can make it happen.
