I think of you just do a quick search on this forum, you'll find multiple answers to your question.
But in any case, I'm going to assume that your guns are stock. If so, 11.1V IS going to kill your internals (sooner rather than later). For my S-system I use 8.4V 600 mAh since I'm usually conservative in my shooting. You could always get a battery with a higher mAh if you want to dramatically increase the # of shots (not ROF) you can get without damaging your AEGs. Also, 9.6V would probably be the highest voltage you'd 'safely' want to put in a stock gun, but you'll probably need to upgrade your gears and bushings in the future.
It also depends on how you shoot your gun. If you do semi all the time, your gun will last longer. On full-auto using a higher voltage battery, your internals are going to wear out quickly. Although on 11.1V, I don't think this theory will apply.
