my predictions are:
his dad gets handcuffed first.
put into a room where he will be asked questions, and have the rest of his luggage searched
possibility 1: they figured the items he was carrying wasn't illegal at all and they cant do anything about it
possibility 2: they take the mags even though they aren't illegal to import
by the time your dad is let out/released, he probably would have missed his plane.
