Because of the different lens shape of a holosight it wont work nearly as well as it does for round sights like the ones Amos makes lens protectors for. It'll still work but the tape wont be able to hold it as well so a couple hits may cause the polycarbonate protector to go flying. Also short of sending Amos your sight it'll be a bitch to get all the dimensions right, probably best to get a piece of polycarbonate (easy enough to find in and major city, just gotta know where to look) and dremeling it yourself.
