What is unclear about a spring and bushings??? You said you wanted a certain speed, about 340fps? Then the only complicated thing you have to do is read about what springs give that FPS rating and pick one.
For the rest, if reading is too hard, ANY gun doctor will be able to bring your gun to 340fps if that is what you ask for. Cost will be about $50, give or take. Order in Canada (that goes for everything, you should know that by now).
If the information is such a jumble, feel free to re-copy and re-write the guides.
