No, Shocker = Dow 55. Great for lubing and swelling o-rings (like for a paintball gun with it's bazillion o-rings), but hell on plastic. I saw the white plastic piston from a Marui AEG trun a pukey, pinky/brown and it was so brittle that it shattered into several large pices when it was fired for the first time after sitting for months.

I would only use 55 for mag seals and not actually in the gun.
