Unfortunately, that means nothing. Just look at all the Oakley knock offs. Most of them have the "O" and say Oakley. Not sure where they're made, but I've seen them in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. And China has incredibly lax copyright laws, so it could very easily be a knock off.
