You are speaking about Systema brand springs are you not? If so, an M120 is the MOST you'll need.
To be honest I wouldnt advise their springs, they tend to be extremely stiff & quite often mislabeled in their packages.
PDI's are a bit softer, compress easier, yet still put out pretty much the same fps results. Less stress on your mechbox.
