classic army m4 you get get for about $300. good starter i found and now i use it for a rental. never had any issue. but what i recommend if you buying your gun as one to last a long time is read the dr corner and see what brands are bringing in what complaints
you should think about a cheaper gun first to see if you really are going to make this a long time hobby
